SHIPPING POLICY
US CUSTOMERS
We are happy to offer FREE shipping anywhere in the USA on all orders over $150. For orders under $150 there will be flat rate shipping cost of $10.
SHIPPING OUDSIDE THE US WILL BE CUSTOM CHARGED BASED ON DESTINATION
Our promise is to ship out all orders within 5 business days pending availability and verification of payment. Tracking information available upon request.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If your order cannot be delivered because provided address is incorrect or incomplete, or failing attempt to deliver on the carriers side, Pippa Pelure Boutique is not responsible if it's lost. If the package is returned to us, you will receive a store credit for the item(s) purchased. Shipping fees are not a subject for a refund.
RETURN POLICY
Dear Customer if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept the return of your unused, unworn, unwashed, or defective item(s), with all tags attached, within 14 DAYS of receiving your shipment FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. Shipping costs are not subject for a refund.
ALL JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, EVENING WEAR AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.
